GOOOOD MORNing AMERica!!
My first blog!! I was always a late bloomer! But I've been having such a grand time checking in on relatives I haven't even met yet through the use of their blog that I just had to try it myself!
I love texting and email now, as it is, and I frequently keep track of my families comings and goings that way! In fact it's the ONLY way I stay in touch with my "failure to LAUNch son" who I refer to as "The Bat". He only comes out at night!
I belong to so many sites now that I'm not sure just where in the list of priorities this one will come, but I'd like to think it feels like number one now. Maybe puppy love, but I've been looking for a place to go once and then get the rest of the folks I think of everyday to see the same things I tell everyone else! I'm afraid they think I'm a little nuts because I repeat myself, but then I can't seem to remember whom I've spoken to already! So this appears to be the best way. Can't wait to get the rest of my family on board with it. I have a hard time staying in touch with all the many folks on my email list and I know they say the same from time to time, so this way will say more, see more and maybe not have to BE more!!
I like quotes that inspire you, pictures that are clever and imaginative and I love my grandbaby! Like all proud grandmas I'm never short on conversation about her! I love a good book and great movie and secret little bits of information that open your mind up to so much more possibilities than you ever thought of before; those great little "ah-ha" moments that are so cool you just have to share them!
So when I come to this page on my laptop, I will treat it as a literay canvas and share my thoughts and ideas with my friends and family and let them into my world on their terms! They can come and go as they please, just as I have always left my front door open to visitors, so shall I have this open to them to come when they wish and leave a comment if they like and not have to feel obligated to answer if they aren't interested in." Whats up, Duck?"
You know what to say to a deaf duck, don't you?
HI, DUCK!!!
